Hae mul pa jun, or a seafood pancake. This is extremely delicious, and is a must-eat if you are ever in Korea! There’s a little bit of egg in the batter that makes it like an omelette, yet it’s light and crisp, and contains spring onions and little bits of seafood. Delicious indeed! How I wish I were in Korea now!
